What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead a cross-functional team to define product vision, strategy, and requirements for success
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into strategic initiatives
Oversee the creation of training materials to assist in product adoption
Monitor product usage and user data to enhance user experience
Participate in agile ceremonies and support the agile transformation within the division
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline
Minimum of 10 years of related experience in the insurance or financial services industry
At least 3 years of agile leadership experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager
Demonstrated knowledge of product development and agile methodologies, preferably Scrum and/or SAFe
Ability to travel up to 10%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) or SAFe certifications
Experience supporting Underwriting, Insurance Product Launches, Policy Administration systems, or Broker Management
Strong dynamic communication and relationship-building skills
