office. As a
Transportation Engineering Team Leader
with
HRG , you will be responsible for: Project Leadership
Leading a team to successfully deliver highway design projects, including managing schedules, budgets, and resources Ensuring the quality of deliverables through QA/QC reviews and sealing plans and reports
Technical & Contract Administration
Assisting with the preparation and administration of construction contracts to ensure project goals are met
Client Relations & Business Development
Actively participating in business development initiatives to grow our portfolio of transportation projects Representing the firm in project presentations, meetings, and client engagements Building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure delivery excellence and satisfaction
Requirements: Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering Professional Engineering Licensure in Pennsylvania 5+ years of experience in project management Project experience must include appropriate software, planning, roadway design; specification writing and construction administration Experience with transportation permits and processes in Pennsylvania Proficiency in AutoCAD and Open Roads Designer is a plus Experience with client relations, business development, marketing, proposal preparation, project budgeting and public presentations preferred Client-focused leader and team player, possessing excellent communication, planning and organizational skills Effective utilization of common business platforms such as Microsoft Office Suite, virtual meeting tools, project management systems, etc. Flexibility to travel to job sites, meetings, and other offices as necessary, which may include overnight stays Valid US Driver’s License is required Legal authorization to work in the U.S. Life at HRG Are you a creative problem solver who wants to make a difference in people’s everyday lives?
