Position Summary This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit dedicated to community strength.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Commits to the Y’s mission, vision, and values.
Works with supervisor to create and implement procedures, programs, and curricula.
Collaborates with program participants and volunteers to deliver safe, quality programming adhering to standards.
Builds effective, authentic relationships with participants and connects them to the Y.
Education Requirements
High School diploma or GED, or working towards completion.
