We also provide subsidized services to adults and families in need within the Boothbay region. Position Summary This position supports the Y’s mission to strengthen the community through its programs and services. Requirements Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Collaborate with supervisors to promote healthy living, social responsibility, and youth development. Create and implement campaigns, programs, or curriculum to advance the Y’s mission while ensuring safety, licensing standards, and excellent customer service. Work with staff to deliver quality programming. Build authentic relationships with participants and connect them to the Y. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including rescue equipment safety. Education Requirements High School diploma or GED, or currently working towards completion.
