Position Title Call Center Manager – Groundworks, Irving, TX
Overview Groundworks is seeking an experienced Call Center Manager to lead a team of 20-25 Appointment Center Specialists in a fast‑paced call center environment. The manager will maintain quality standards, drive KPI’s, and coach agents to drive growth and success.
Compensation Base salary + monthly bonus programs based on the department’s success.
Job Responsibilities
Supervise a team of 20-25 call center agents.
Must be positive and motivated with excellent communications skills.
Ability to adapt quickly to changes in work strategy.
Qualifications
Proven leadership skills (call center preferred).
Weekend availability (every other or rotating).
Requirements
Full-time.
Onsite in Irving, TX.
