We are seeking a dedicated and proactive procurement professional to play a pivotal role in optimizing our supply chain.

Responsibilities

Strategically review and optimize supplier relationships based on critical factors such as price, quality, selection, service, support, and availability.

Approve the procurement of high-quality goods and services, ensuring optimal pricing and correct quantities.

Manage the full lifecycle of procurement, including approving purchase orders, soliciting competitive bid proposals, and reviewing requisitions.

Guide internal teams in resolving issues related to undelivered goods, ensuring smooth operations.

Provide expertise and instruction on effective negotiation, renegotiation, and administration of contracts with suppliers and vendors.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to address defective or unacceptable goods and services, determining and implementing corrective actions.

Continuously evaluate and monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with obligations and identify opportunities for beneficial changes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related business field preferred, or equivalent professional experience demonstrating strong computer proficiency and business writing skills.

3-5 years of supply chain related experience.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Proven negotiation and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with internal and external partners.

A positive attitude, strong customer service orientation, and excellent collaboration skills.

Demonstrated drive to support a large organization, with a hands‑on approach to your work.

Ability to analyze complex financial reports, price proposals, and other technical data.

Proficiency in accurately documenting and recording information.

Solid knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to purchasing.

Strong understanding of supply chain management principles.

Proficiency with common computer applications, including word processing and spreadsheet software.

Nice‑to‑Have

Direct experience in construction materials management, procurement of equipment for large‑scale infrastructure projects, or as an electrical equipment buyer.

A proven track record of working hands‑on, including drafting business letters and contracts.
