Ceribell is a medical technology company focused on transforming the diagnosis and management of patients with serious neurological conditions. The Ceribell System is a novel, point-of-care EEG platform designed to address unmet needs in the acute care setting. It is used in hundreds of community hospitals, large academic facilities and major IDNs across the country. Our team is committed to transforming critical care through rapid seizure detection technology.
Position Overview The Clinical Account Manager (CAM) is responsible for launching new hospitals and driving organic growth within the install base. The CAM will provide ongoing medical education to physicians and clinical staff, using clinical information as the foundation for growth.
This Clinical Account Manager must be based within the region; this role is not remote. Travel is required approximately 60% (3 days a week).
What You\'ll Do
Driving New and Organic Growth
Expand use of Ceribell to additional acute or critical care centers within the existing customer base.
Collaborate with the local Territory Manager to launch Ceribell at new customer sites.
Drive new product and technology introductions for existing customers.
Build advocacy and champions within facilities. Use hospital data to validate and build interest.
Develop a qualified lead funnel within the existing install base. Regular activities include formal presentations, peer-to-peer education, new physician training, and physician education initiatives.
Responsible for upgrades and departmental expansion in the existing install base.
Strong project management skills to support new account launches.
Clinical Training / Education
Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and/or office staff on the merits and proper clinical usage of Ceribell products. Become a clinical expert in Ceribell use cases and relevant patient populations.
Troubleshoot workflow solutions for departments as needed.
Partner with clinicians to identify and establish protocols for patients at risk of seizure.
Lead clinical training sessions to help teams understand workflow and applications.
Reporting and Administration
Submit all required reports and training documentation promptly.
Use Salesforce.com to manage administrative tasks.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and Ceribell policies.
Work cross-functionally to ensure successful deployment of Ceribell products at customer locations.
Collaborate with the field-based team and partner with the respective regional Territory Manager.
What We're Looking For
3-5 years of recent critical care sales experience or 5 years of medical device or pharma sales experience, or RNs with industry experience supporting sales teams.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, problem solving, highly organized with strategic prioritization abilities.
Ability to assess and understand different stakeholder needs, manage cross-functional agendas, and adjust strategy to achieve outcomes.
Confidence to challenge the status quo and influence meaningful change through consensus building.
Driven and coachable, with a proactive approach to seeking feedback and applying new skills to drive measurable change.
Grit and high integrity.
Bonus points for start-up experience, disruptive technology exposure, med device experience, neuro ICU clinical experience, or sales experience.
Compensation:
$100,000 Base, $180,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE)
Compensation Details Compensation Range: $100,000 - $180,000 USD
A candidate’s final salary offer will be based on skills, education, location and experience, and may differ from the posted range. Compensation may include bonuses consistent with Ceribell’s compensation plan. The description is not all-encompassing and Ceribell reserves the right to modify duties and assignments at any time.
