Clinical Account Manager – Denver
Join Ceribell, an AI‑powered point‑of‑care EEG company dedicated to transforming the diagnosis and management of patients with serious neurological conditions. The Ceribell System is a novel, point‑of‑care electroencephalography (EEG) platform designed to address unmet needs in the acute care setting and is deployed in hundreds of community hospitals, large academic facilities and major IDNs across the country.
Position Overview The Clinical Account Manager (CAM) is responsible for launching new hospitals and driving organic growth of the install base. The CAM provides ongoing medical education to physicians and clinical staff, using clinical information as the foundation for growth. This role is region‑based; remote applicants are not accepted. It requires 60% travel (approximately three days a week).
What You’ll Do Driving New and Organic Growth
Expand use of Ceribell to additional acute or critical care centers within existing customer base.
Work with the local Territory Manager to launch Ceribell at new customer sites.
Drive new product and technology introductions for existing customers.
Build advocacy and champions within facilities, using hospital data to validate and generate interest.
Develop a qualified lead funnel within existing install base, delivering formal presentations, peer‑to‑peer education, physician training, and physician education programs.
Lead upgrades and departmental expansion in existing install base.
Apply strong project management skills to support new account launches.
Clinical Training / Education
Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on product merits and proper clinical usage.
Troubleshoot workflow solutions for departments as needed.
Partner with clinicians to identify and establish protocols for patients at risk of seizure.
Lead clinical teams through training sessions to enhance workflow and application understanding.
Reporting and Administration
Submit all required reports and training documentation promptly.
Use Salesforce.com to manage administrative tasks.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and Ceribell policies.
Work cross‑functionally to ensure successful deployment of Ceribell products at customer sites.
Collaborate closely with the Territory Manager for field‑based teamwork.
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of recent critical‑care sales experience, or 5 years of medical device or pharma sales experience, or RN experience supporting sales teams.
Excellent communicator, relationship builder, creative and effective problem solver, highly organized with the ability to prioritize strategically.
Proficient in assessing stakeholder needs and adjusting strategy to achieve outcomes.
Confidence and expertise to challenge the status quo and build consensus for meaningful change.
Coachable with an innate desire to succeed, open to feedback and skill development.
High integrity and grit.
Bonus: startup experience, disruptive technology exposure, med‑device experience, neuro‑ICU clinical experience, sales experience.
Compensation Base: $100,000 On‑Target Earnings: $180,000 (OTE)
Salary range: $100,000 – $180,000 USD. Final offer will be based on skills, education, location and experience. Additional bonuses may be awarded per the corporate compensation plan. Ceribell reserves the right to modify duties at any time.
