Canyon Vista Medical Center – Outpatient Responsibilities
Evaluates and treats individuals with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders, supporting patient recovery and communication. Assess speech, language, and swallowing abilities. Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs. Provide education to patients and families regarding therapy goals. Document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress accurately. What We're Looking For / Qualifications
Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology that is accredited by the Education Standards Board or meets ASHA certification requirements. Meet the education and experience requirements for the Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology or Audiology granted by ASHA. Minimum of six (6) months of experience as a speech-language pathologist working with adults and geriatric populations. Current and unrestricted Speech Language Pathologist license in the state where services are rendered. Current CPR certification. Benefits
