Qualifications
Licensed in Utah with a
Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification .
We do not accept FNPs. MUST BE AN EXPERIENCED PMHNP.
Must have or be able to obtain Prescriptive Authority
Must have or be able to obtain DEA
Experienced with adult and/or child and adolescent populations
Experienced in both medication management as well as therapy
2 years experience
Child and Adolescent focus
2 years experience PMHNP and a DEA #

Responsibilities Nurse Practitioners are a critical part of our clinical team. We’re seeking Nurse Practitioners that are capable of providing high quality behavioral healthcare, with experience in both medication management and therapy and working with adult and/or child/adolescent populations.
Compensation and Location $169,000 - $254,000 a year
W2, Full Time Employment with full benefits package
