Position will be salaried, 75/25 clinical care and leadership, 40 hrs/wk, scheduling will be flexible. Desire to mentor less experienced clinicians, promote clinical growth and focus on patient outcomes. Salary and benefits

Base pay range: $72,000.00/yr - $87,600.00/yr Salary range for Clinical Lead: $72,000 - $85,000 per year plus bonus potential of $2,600+ per year. Must be a graduate of an accredited Speech program holding a Master’s degree. Successful completion of the Clinical Fellowship Year plus at least one year experience as a CCC-SLP Current Texas license to practice Speech Language Pathology by the Texas State Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Interpersonal and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with pediatric patients and families; able to explain treatment rationale Competent to treat pediatrics and adolescents CPR certification for all ages Computer skills: Microsoft Word Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive diagnostic services to patients referred for speech, language, hearing, and/or swallowing disorders. Implement treatment plans with physician referral and approval. Assist with planning, organization, supervision, and implementation of speech services; provide cross-discipline support for PT and OT staff. Coordinate therapy services with office administration at Cole Pediatric Therapy. Anticipate 10-20% blocked leadership time per week; schedule varies by clinic size and site leadership presence.
