Overview
We’re looking for a passionate pediatric SLP to step in and make a difference—right when it matters most. CCC-SLP ONLY. MUST hold a Texas license as a speech language pathologist (see requirements below) Position could turn into a permanent position at end of the temporary coverage. Responsibilities
As a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) at Cole Pediatric Therapy you will: Collaborate with a dynamic team of professionals who are just as passionate about communication as you are. Conduct assessments with a smile, pinpointing communication challenges and setting the stage for success. Craft and implement therapy plans that are effective and engaging—learning should be fun. Make a real difference in the lives of clients by helping them find their voice and build meaningful connections. Location, Time Frame & Schedule
Location: 16341 Mueschke Rd, Suite #150 Cypress, Texas 77433 Time Frame: Roughly 6 weeks (approximately 1/12/26–2/20/26) Preferred Schedule: 4 days per week, 10 hours per day (Monday–Thursday, 8:00am–7:00pm) Compensation
W-2 Pay Per Visit (PPV): typically $30–$40 per 30‑minute therapy visit; $80 per 1‑hour evaluation; $25/hour for meetings. 1099 Contractor: $30 per 30‑minute session; $80 per evaluation. Why Join Us?
