Overview
Bozentka Oral Surgery is currently looking for a full-time Oral Surgeon to join our rapidly growing practice in Philadelphia. Bozentka Oral Surgery is a well-established, quality-oriented practice limited to oral surgery, with two offices located in upscale communities. Our objective is to provide oral surgery services promptly, efficiently, and consistently with the highest standards of the profession. We are searching for a personable, self-motivated, and productive Oral Surgeon who shares these same goals. Technology : Our modern, streamlined clinic facilities use cutting-edge oral surgery technology, including digital imaging and cone-beam CT imaging to treat complex cases, supporting predictable outcomes. Insurance Plans & Rates : We can secure a high level of reimbursement for services because we are part of a larger group. We work to increase insurance rates and handle credentialing for new associate doctors and partner doctors. Referrals : Bozentka Oral Surgery has a strong reputation and is known statewide for leadership in oral surgery. Our doctors are active in the dental community through organized groups, dental schools, and charitable organizations, and we host seminars and provide continuing education to support referring doctors and our patients. Office Culture & Layout : Work in a collaborative environment with central administrative support, efficient offices, and a well-trained team. We offer a clear pathway to partnership, mentorship opportunities, and a commitment to continuing education and community involvement. Responsibilities
The role involves delivering high-quality oral surgery services in a patient-centered practice, collaborating with team members, supporting referrals, and contributing to the practice’s continued growth and community involvement. The surgeon may participate in professional development and mentoring initiatives as part of a collaborative team. Qualifications
The candidate must hold a DDS or DMD degree and be certified in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery from ADA-accredited programs, and hold a license in the state of Pennsylvania. Benefits / Perks
