Southwest Florida Oral & Facial Surgery is currently looking for a full-time Oral Surgeon to join our rapidly growing practice in Naples. Our well-established, quality-oriented practice is limited to oral surgery, with offices in an upscale community. We aim to provide oral surgery services promptly, efficiently, and to the highest standards. We seek a personable, self-motivated, and productive Oral Surgeon who shares these goals. Technology and Practice
Our modern clinic facilities use desirable, cutting-edge oral surgery equipment and supplies, including digital imaging and cone-beam computed tomography to treat complex cases, enabling more predictable outcomes. Insurance and Referrals
We can secure a high level of reimbursement for services as part of a larger group. We handle credentialing for new associate physicians and partners. Our strong statewide reputation and active involvement in dental communities, schools, and charitable organizations support a large referral base and opportunities to serve the community. We host seminars and offer continuing education to referring doctors. Office Culture & Growth
We offer a central management team to cover administrative needs, efficient offices, and a well-trained team. The practice provides a clear pathway to partnership and mentorship opportunities. We encourage professional growth through continuing education and community involvement, with a collaborative culture focused on supporting patients and colleagues. Requirements
The doctor must hold a DDS or DMD degree and be board-certified in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from ADA-accredited programs, as well as hold a Florida license. Office-provided malpractice insurance Paid association membership dues Time off plan Marketing expenses covered Relocation services Specialty1 Partners is the direct employer of non-clinical employees; clinical employees are employed by the applicable practice entity.
