CT Technologist Evenings at AdventHealth Join AdventHealth as a CT Technologist for the Evening shift. Schedule: Full Time, Evenings (Thu-Sun 12:00 PM–9:30 PM). Location: AdventHealth East Orlando. Employment type: Full-time. Responsibilities
Perform imaging for neuro and body scans on patients from neonate to geriatric, following age-specific FH parameters. Transmit images for diagnostic interpretation and keep hospital computer system up to date with exam progress. Provide outstanding customer service and maintain professional relationships in line with the organization’s values. Adhere to FH CT protocols, properly identify patients, educate patients about exams, and screen for contrast allergies. Complete exams in a timely manner, manage workflow, and coordinate post-exam transport and discharge for outpatients as needed. Operate imaging equipment safely (scanners, injectors, monitors) and perform scans on patients of all ages, adapting protocols as necessary. Screen patients of childbearing age and maintain infection control standards, PPE use, and room cleanliness. Perform QA on CT scanners. Qualifications
Florida State License – general radiographer ARRT – R Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Preferred Qualifications
ARRT – CT AS or BS degree in Radiological Technology Prior CT experience on GE CT scanners Prior CT experience Benefits
