Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA – Outpatient role at Aegis Therapies in Santa Barbara, CA. Location: Aegis OP at Villa Santa Barbara - Santa Barbara, CA. Setting: Outpatient, Rehab Therapy, Assisted Living, Independent Living. Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, PRN. Schedule: Monday to Friday, no weekends, no evenings, flexible up to 30 hours per week. This role offers great work/life balance and flexibility while enabling you to make a positive impact on residents in outpatient and on-site clinic settings. Responsibilities
Support physical therapists in outpatient settings to deliver high-quality patient care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in care planning. Market the clinic, manage scheduling, and work independently where appropriate. Treat residents Monday through Friday in their rooms or in an on-site outpatient clinic; no travel to homes outside the building required. Engage in patient-centered care to improve the lives of residents and maintain professional standards. Qualifications
Current license as a Physical Therapy Assistant or ability to obtain in the state of practice. Benefits
