Overview
Hometown NP is a nationwide telepsychiatry practice offering comprehensive mental health services. Utilizing telehealth, they connect patients with experienced nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and licensed therapists specializing in anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, and other conditions, all from the convenience of their homes.
Role: Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) – Remote | Flexible Hours
Responsibilities
Provide psychiatric care via telemedicine to patients with anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, and other conditions.
Focus on patient care rather than paperwork; collaborate with therapists and other prescribers.
Be comfortable treating patients with substance use disorders (MAT/SUD).
Participate in monthly clinical conferences for professional growth and peer support.
What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)
PMHNP license (open to or willing to obtain licensure in additional states).
Prior work as a PMHNP preferred but not required.
Strong skills in psychiatry, diagnosis, and psychopharmacology.
Excellent communication skills; comfortable with basic tech platforms.
Team-oriented, collaborative, and professional.
Minimum commitment of 5 hours/week.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: $80–$110/hour
Bonus: Annual performance incentive at your work anniversary. We will cover the cost of additional licensure.

We do not engage practitioners with a direct business conflict (e.g., owning a similar clinical practice).
Credentialing process: approximately 60–180 days.
