Responsibilities
Provide basic technical nursing skills (deemed competent) and delegated tasks under the direction of a registered nurse, in accordance with the Florida Nurse Practice Act, Florida Statutes and BHSF policy. Collaborate with the assigned RN to deliver safe, patient-centered care. Assist with nursing activities that are non-delegable for unlicensed personnel, including assessment and evaluation of care interventions' impact. Qualifications
Degrees: High School, Certificate, GED, Training, or Experience. Licenses & Certifications: Licensed Practical Nurse; Basic Life Support; Certified Nursing Assistant. Additional Qualifications: CNA or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) required; 2 years experience preferred; prior CNA or LPN experience in an acute care facility in Florida preferred. Minimum Required Experience: 2 Years Estimated pay range: $17.27 - $22.45 / hour depending on experience. EOE, including disability/vets.
