Compensation $33.75/hr – $53.00/hr. The range is a base salary exclusive of bonuses.

Responsibilities
Coordinate and deliver nursing care for endoscopy patients and their families.
Use evidence‑based practice and nursing theory to achieve optimal health outcomes.
Assist with patient handling, manual dexterity, and eye‑hand coordination.
Qualifications
BSN in Nursing. Associate degree holders considered; must obtain BSN within three years.
Current RN license in Ohio.
PRN RN experience in endoscopy or related area for at least one year.
Weekend option positions require one year of related RN experience.
Experience and Training
1 year recent experience in area of practice for PRN RN.
Additional related experience may be required for specialty units.
Other Skills, Competencies and Qualifications
Full range of body motion including lifting patients.
Standing and walking for extended periods.
Corrected vision and hearing within normal range.
Work under stressful conditions or irregular hours.
Exposure to communicable disease, body fluids, toxic substances, ionizing radiation, and other hazards.
Maintain Basic Life Support, ACLS, or other required certifications.
Population Specific Competency
Ability to interact effectively with diverse populations, respecting self‑respect, dignity, and diversity.
Additional education or certifications may be required for specialty areas (e.g., PALS, NIH, Non‑Violet Crisis Intervention).
Level of Physical Demands
Heavy: Exerts 50–100 pounds of force occasionally, 25–50 pounds frequently, or 10–20 pounds continuously to move objects.
