ENT Physicians, Inc. is seeking a skilled and compassionate
Audiologist
to join their growing team. Audiologists provide care in alignment with best practices and established medical protocols, while collaborating closely with physicians. The practice is well-equipped with multiple audiometric testing booths to support comprehensive diagnostics and ensure providers can accommodate a full patient schedule. Audiologist
who values teamwork, patient-focused care, and delivering high-quality outcomes in a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive diagnostic audiological evaluations Perform hearing aid evaluations, fittings, programming, verification, and ongoing follow-up care Counsel and educate patients and families on hearing loss, hearing aid use, and communication strategies Collaborate with ENT physicians and other clinical staff to support coordinated, patient-centered care Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA and practice standards Stay current with best practices and emerging trends in audiology Participate in ongoing practice initiatives that support quality, growth, and patient satisfaction Requirements
Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.) or Master’s degree in Audiology from an accredited program Current Ohio Audiology License (or ability to obtain) Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with patients and families Commitment to best practices in audiology and patient-first care Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team Generous Paid-Time Off Retirement Plan CEU Licensure Seniority level
