Overview HealthDrive is seeking an Audiologist to join our team, full-time (4 days/week).

Full-Time (4 Days/week) HealthDrive Audiologists have opportunity for 80K+ per year and the flexible stability everyone dreams of for their career.

Sign-on Bonus offered up to $4,000 (pro-rated based on number of days)

About Us With over 30 years of experience and established industry relationships in senior living environments, HealthDrive is the leading provider of Audiology services to residents of communities across the nation. Our Audiologists provide comprehensive patient-centered care with white-glove concierge support from our provider support team, based in Framingham, Massachusetts.

As an Audiologist with HealthDrive, you will provide comprehensive diagnostic audiological examinations, hearing aid evaluations, dispensing and adjustments of new hearing aids, to residents of nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and long-term care facilities in a mobile fashion. You will help shape your workload to maximize income or achieve work/life balance, including your desired number of patients per day. Current opportunities in the greater Toledo, OH areas.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive examinations, evaluations, and auditory consultation

Provide traditional daily patient care including diagnostic audiological examinations, hearing aid evaluations, hearing aid selections, and repair

Dispense and adjust new hearing aids

Perform cerumen management where allowed by state regulations

Complete required patient and clinical documentation in our proprietary EMR system

Qualifications

Audiology background with proficiency in the assessment, treatment, management, and evaluation of hearing disorders

Ability to work independently on a daily basis

Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Ability to use EMR, text, email, the internet, and to learn other healthcare software

Self-starter attitude with the desire to deliver quality, thoughtful, and attentive care

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, bend, and lift

Ability to transport mobile audiology equipment (maximum of 15 lbs.)

May be occasionally required to transport patients in wheelchairs

Education & Qualifications

Masters or Doctorate Degree in Audiology

Current state professional license

Valid driver’s license

Travel This is a mobile position. Daily travel is based on patient care requirements for the specified service area; a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive significant distances on occasion are required.
