You will be working with patients and working with a team committed to providing valuable health services to our community. At HMC, you will have the opportunity to share your skills and have the support to grow and advance in your field. Our Speech Pathologists work with both inpatient and outpatient populations. For inpatients, we work as part of the award-winning Stroke Care Team. We provide communication and swallowing diagnostic and rehabilitative services to facilitate the patient's ability to maintain or regain skills to promote independent living and quality of life. Outpatient services include treating children in aged populations with communication, memory, and swallowing disorders.

Master’s Degree in Speech / Language Pathology with Certificate of Clinical Competency

Current license or license eligible in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Speech / Language Pathologist

Acceptance of applicants for their Clinical Fellowship Year

Certified or certification eligible by American Speech, Language and Hearing Association

Current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation

Above average communication and interpersonal skills

Experience with Modified Barium Swallow Studies and therapy preferred

Bilingual English / Spanish professionals are encouraged to apply
