Charlotte, NC Role/Responsibilities Conduct thermal analysis and simulations to evaluate system performance under various operating conditions and environments Collaborate with internal stakeholders, i.e., product management, engineering, and manufacturing, to define project requirements and deliver innovative solutions Support design and development of chiller systems, i.e., component selection, system integration, and performance optimization Support product testing and validation activities, analyze test results and implement design improvements Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in thermal systems engineering Responsible for the design of components, assemblies and packing, and utilizes data management systems to track and report progress of assignments. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
