Electrical Engineer – High Frequency (Wireless Technology) Location:
Remote Duration:
6 months + Seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer specializing in high-frequency circuit design and wireless technology. The role involves designing, simulating, and prototyping RF/high-speed circuits ensuring optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop high-frequency (RF/microwave) circuits for wireless communication and sensing applications.
Perform circuit simulation, PCB layout reviews, and signal integrity analysis.
Prototype, test, and validate RF circuits using lab instruments like oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and VNAs.
Optimize circuits for low noise, impedance matching, and minimal signal loss.
Collaborate with mechanical and manufacturing teams for design-for-manufacturing (DFM).
Document design processes, test results, and maintain technical reports.
Qualifications
Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in high-frequency/RF circuit design (MHz to GHz range).
Strong knowledge of analog/digital mixed-signal circuits.
Hands-on experience with EDA tools such as ADS, HFSS, Altium, or Cadence.
Proficiency in circuit prototyping and lab test equipment.
Understanding of PCB design rules for high-frequency circuits.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with wireless communication systems, antennas, or radar technology.
Background in circuit miniaturization and low-power design.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards (FCC, CE, EMC/EMI).
