Work in collaborative, problem-solving teams on control systems projects using the latest technology in automation, digital control, and safety systems. Assist with development, updates, and quality checks of project deliverables such as network architecture diagrams, instrumentation databases, control systems cabinet drawings, software configuration, and user interface displays for DCS, SIS, and PLC systems. Participate in field activities at customer sites, including field surveys, installations, checkouts, and startups of control systems, to support safety, reliability, and efficiency improvements for customers. You balance planning with action. You set clear goals and communicate effectively across one-on-one, small, and large group settings. You value collaborative teamwork and model reliability through your words and actions. Qualifications
Must be an upcoming college graduate on or before May 2026 with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Engineering Technology. Must be comfortable on plant sites and able to navigate stairs, ladders, scaffolding, and catwalks. Must be willing to travel to end-user locations, up to 25–50% of the year. Must have legal authorization to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications
Majors in Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or Engineering Technology. Previous automation controls experience. Previous engineering internship and/or military experience is a plus. Our Culture & Benefits
