About The Role We are a local and established company seeking an experienced
Drywall Supervisor
to oversee drywall installation and finishing projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drywall, proven leadership abilities, and a keen eye for detail to ensure high‑quality workmanship and on‑time project completion.

Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of drywall crews, subcontractors, and laborers
Read and interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications
Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
Inspect work for quality, accuracy, and compliance with building codes and company standards
Train, mentor, and support team members in drywall techniques and safety practices
Manage materials, tools, and equipment needed for each project
Communicate with project managers, general contractors, and clients regarding progress and issues
Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized job site
Qualifications
Previous supervisory or lead role experience in construction/drywall required
Strong knowledge of drywall materials, methods, and industry standards
Ability to read and interpret construction documents and blueprints
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and crews simultaneously
OSHA safety certification a plus
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
