Drywall Supervisor
to oversee drywall installation and finishing projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drywall, proven leadership abilities, and a keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality workmanship and on-time project completion. Base pay range
$80,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr Highlights
Company is stable in the area Non Union Specialize in Commercial Drywall Mostly Local Projects that require minimal travel Great tenure with employees Strong backlog of work on the books Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of drywall crews, subcontractors, and laborers Read and interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget Inspect work for quality, accuracy, and compliance with building codes and company standards Train, mentor, and support team members in drywall techniques and safety practices Manage materials, tools, and equipment needed for each project Communicate with project managers, general contractors, and clients regarding progress and issues Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized job site Qualifications
