All Departments Primary Responsibility:

This position is responsible for supporting customers with on-site service, technical support, and on-site training. Primary functions include commissioning new SCR equipment, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of existing SCR equipment, and telephone customer support. The technician also prepares reports documenting work performed and equipment performance. The work environment is typically non-smoking. What You'll Do: Commissioning the total system scope supplied by MIRATECH on new installations Perform routine maintenance and service on existing products Provide telephone support to customers, including troubleshooting and parts identification Coordinate site activities and participate in project meetings Conduct post-commissioning customer training on operations and maintenance Maintain daily reports for customers and internal staff while in the field Follow up with customers after service work Stay updated on company products and services Plan work schedules efficiently Maintain calibration of test equipment and special tools What Qualifies You: Knowledge of industrial instrumentation and controls, including analog transmitters, temperature/pressure sensors, PID controls Proficiency with AC/DC circuits and relay logic Strong analytical skills with an interest in engines, controls, and emissions Enthusiasm to learn and become an expert Ability to make independent decisions in a loosely structured environment Excellent organizational and time management skills Problem-solving skills Willingness to travel 60-75% overnight, especially during peak seasons 0-4 years of field service experience or equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in MS Office; must pass a proficiency test Valid driver's license required Foreign language skills are a plus Must have or be able to obtain a passport Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and kneel for extended periods Work on uneven terrain, scaffolds, ladders, and elevated platforms Maintain stamina during demanding tasks, including travel and variable shifts Lift, carry, push, or pull materials up to 50 lbs unassisted, heavier with assistance Transport tools and equipment across job sites Perform tasks at heights using lifts, scaffolding, or fall protection Work in confined spaces following safety procedures Be aware of surroundings around machinery and energized systems Work outdoors in extreme weather and noisy environments Maintain visual acuity, color recognition, and depth perception Detect abnormal sounds, smells, or vibrations Follow complex instructions and interpret technical drawings/manuals What's in it for You: Health, Dental & Vision Insurance Annual Bonus $350 Wellness Credit FSA 401(k) with up to 5% match Life and Disability Insurance Paid sick leave and PTO Equal Opportunity:
