F-16 Sensors Engineer - Principal (SME)

Seeking a top-notch avionics/sensors engineer to work as part of a team of subject matter experts. This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, as the candidate will work closely with USAF and F-16 senior leaders, foreign military sales customers, higher headquarters staff, and other key stakeholders associated with FMS production and modernization programs.
Candidate will work as part of a team of SMEs to assist F-16 FMS country teams and the Government engineering staff on a wide variety of engineering, acquisition, and program protection tasks in support of aircraft production and modification efforts. Duties include:
Assisting the Government in the development, implementation, and execution of integration and acquisition strategies for multiple F-16 USAF and FMS programs.
Supporting translation of customer requirements into acquisition program requirements and supporting requirements development for hardware and software, including F-16 PVI development.
Supporting sensor development and integration engineering, and overall F-16 systems engineering for F-16 OFP software and hardware development, integration, test, and fielding. Assisting with development of Systems Engineering Master Plans (SEMP), Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMP), and review of contractor reports.
Supporting ground and flight test anomaly resolution and troubleshooting for F-16 sensor integration and development programs.
Supporting F-16 Information Assurance (IA) and Anti-Tamper (AT) program, including IA and AT program requirements and solutions.
Supporting fighter platform avionics sensor integration, including fire control, stores management, pilot displays, electronic warfare defensive equipment, and other avionic subsystem integration and test.
Education:
Master's Degree highly desired. Either a Master's Degree with 12 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline, five years of which must be in the DoD, or a BA/BS degree with 15 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline, five years of which must be in the DoD. Experience:
Recommended 15 years of F-16 fighter weapons systems integration program office experience with detailed knowledge of all USAF and FMS configurations to address requirements. Multi-discipline expertise is recommended, with at least 15 years of experience in fighter platform avionic sensor development/integration engineering (minimum of 10 years). Travel:
