2026 Chemical Compliance Engineer Student Experience at Bobcat Company. Bobcat’s student program is an opportunity to empower young professionals to gain on-the-job experience while completing your undergraduate degree. Location: West Fargo, ND. Co-op: an 8-month full-time opportunity; Co-ops are fully immersed into the worlds of corporate and production industry as a full-time team member. Internship: a semester-long, part-time opportunity with possibility to extend multiple semesters, providing exposure to our corporate and production industries. Co-op and Intern opportunities span across 18 of Bobcat’s different functions. Role & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Projects: Assist in the development and implementation of ESG strategies and initiatives; conduct research and analysis on industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to ESG. Coordinate laboratory analysis on machines, parts, and raw materials. Lead machine part tear-down studies. Benefits

Regulatory Compliance Help ensure compliance with local, national, and international chemical regulations. Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory documents and reports. Monitor changes in chemical regulations and update compliance protocols accordingly. Data Management And Analysis Collect, organize, and analyze data related to chemical usage, emissions, and waste management. Maintain accurate records and databases to support compliance and sustainability efforts. Generate reports and summaries to communicate findings and recommendations. Job Requirements
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Chemical Engineering or Material and Metallurgical Engineering. Minimum GPA of 3.5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
