Overview
TEMP-Business Ops Support - Center for Cell Manufacturing Technologies (CMaT). This role supports promotional and administrative services for assigned programs within a research center or campus units. Responsibilities
Perform duties related to the professional field assignment. Participate in reviews for compliance with policy and governmental regulations in the field. Provide input to department policies and procedures. May provide input to and administer project timelines and budgets. Coordinate administrative activities associated with program operations such as procurement, records maintenance, compliance, meeting arrangements and minutes, and document preparation. Coordinate compliance records for the annual report. Collaborate with internal and external entities to aid institutional or program support. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Position requires the ability to pass a drug/alcohol pre-screening; may require working with dangerous materials and in environments with rotating machinery, hazardous materials, high-pressure liquids and gas, etc.; may require lifting up to 75 pounds; may involve confined spaces, noisy environments, elevated locations; may require after-hours work and on-call rotations; may require wearing a full-face respirator. Ability to work some evenings and peak times as part of on-duty rotation. Experience
Up to two years of job-related experience. Preferred Qualifications
Experience in an academic research environment. Strong attention to detail, customer service, project management, communication, organization, and time management skills. Experience with Microsoft 365. Five (5) years of experience. Salary
The salary range is $23.02 - $27.16 per hour. Salary will be commensurate with experience and education. Employment is contingent upon funding. Application Instructions
