2026 Campus - SoC Design Verification - MCU/MPU

Responsibilities: Responsible for SoC verification work for ARM-based MCU products. Work with SoC design, IP design, architecture, etc., together to finish SoC verification tasks with high quality. Responsible for SoC verification plan, verification result, test case development to have better coverage and verification quality. Work on SoC verification methodologies including formal verification, interconnect verification, security verification, mixed signal verification, low power verification, RTL performance verification, etc. Work with the SoC design team to optimize power, performance, etc., so the chip can keep KPI. Work closely with validation, system engineer, SW, TE, PE on post-silicon issue debug. Requirements: Master's degree in electronics engineering. Knowledge of computer architecture, especially ARM CPU, bus protocols (APB/AHB/AXI), verification experience of ARM-based SoC is a plus. Good knowledge of C language. Good understanding of Verilog/system Verilog, and digital design debug flow. UVM experience is a plus. Good knowledge of gate-level simulation/debug flow. Experience with Cadence, Synopsys verification tools in Unix/Linux environment. Good communication is a must, English language proficiency. Ownership is important.
