This role is primarily on-site at an HPE partner/customer office in Aberdeen, MD. Job Description: Job Family Definition: Provide technology consulting to customers and project teams, maintain customer relationships, stay updated on industry technologies, and contribute to HPE's solutions portfolio based on customer project experiences. Management Level: Impact technical components of products and services, solve complex issues, and may lead or mentor teams. Exercise independent judgment and contribute as a subject matter expert. Secret Location:
On-site 5 days a week, M-F 8am-5pm, with rotation support and occasional off-hours support. Responsibilities: Breakfix experience required. Work physically at the customer site, meet SLA commitments. Technical problem solving across technologies. Manage service tickets and parts ordering. Perform diagnostics and repairs. Verify technical solutions. Maintain good relationships with team and customers. Gather and analyze data to determine customer needs. Respond to technical inquiries. Maintain onsite inventory. Travel for training as needed. Security+ and Linux+ certifications required; Linux+ must be obtained if not already held. Knowledge and Skills: Self-starter, able to work independently and in teams. Extensive Linux hardware troubleshooting experience. Effective communication with customers and teams. Diagnose complex technical problems. Education and Experience: 4+ years of professional experience with a degree in computer science or related; without degree, 7+ years of relevant experience. #federalcleared #unitedstates Additional Skills: Accountability, active listening, customer management, teamwork, technical knowledge, planning, and other related skills.
