Performs all repairs, maintenance, preventative maintenance and replacement of parts as directed to support the maintenance of the interior facility. Stocks, tracks, and maintains supplies and equipment. Plans and prioritizes assigned work as necessary to accomplish each task and/or project. Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations. Performs prescribed preventative maintenance on equipment as directed. Reports any maintenance or safety concerns to supervisor in a timely manner. Assists the Building Engineer and their designee in project planning, development, and execution as required. Interacts with all Team Members, property management and outside vendors/contractors in a professional manner to ensure productive working relationships. The ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment. Provide BIG Service to guests, including greeting and interacting with guests in a friendly and enthusiastic manner, anticipating and meeting guest needs and preferences, remaining calm and professional when dealing with guests that are difficult or upset. Develop and maintain professional, trusting, and positive working relationships with managers, supervisors, staff, coworkers, guests, and vendors. Work activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner. Work safely by following company safety policies and procedures, caring about safety of self and others, reporting unsafe conditions, and responding appropriately in emergencies. Maintain regular attendance at scheduled shifts and staff meetings. Maintain professionalism and a friendly and approachable demeanor throughout the shift. Education and Experience

High school diploma or GED preferred. Internal candidates must meet eligibility requirements as provided in the Transfer and Promotion policy. Ability to work a variety of shifts, including day, swing, late-night, weekend, and holiday shifts. Must be able to obtain required work cards and non-gaming registration as required by local jurisdiction. Must be 18 years of age or older. Must pass any and all required background checks. Benefits
