Overview

The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering seeks applications for faculty positions at the assistant professor (tenure-track) level. Candidates from all areas in electrical and computer engineering are encouraged to apply, with a special focus on the areas of (i) artificial intelligence and (ii) bio-engineering. Applicants should have a commitment to teaching and a demonstrated ability to pursue a high impact research program. An appointment may be made jointly with another department or program. A start date of September 1, 2026 is preferred. Expected Salary Range: $141,000 - $166,000. The University considers factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's qualifications, work experience, education/training, key skills, market conditions, and applicable policies when extending an offer. The posted salary range represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate for a full-time position; salaries for part-time positions are pro-rated accordingly.
