Commercial HVAC Service & Maintenance Technicians – Seattle Area
United Systems Mechanical, LLC is looking for skilled Commercial HVAC Service & Maintenance Technicians to join our growing team in the Seattle area. What You’ll Do
Diagnose, service, and maintain a wide range of commercial HVAC systems. Perform maintenance and repairs on: Packaged and split system heat pumps Ductless mini-splits and A / C units VAV and VRF / VRV systems Handle control wiring, refrigeration piping, and condensate piping. Perform start-ups and ensure systems are running at peak performance. Deliver outstanding customer service while representing our company professionally. What We’re Looking For
3+ years of commercial HVAC service and maintenance experience. Self-motivated, reliable, and professional with strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Required: Current 06A Electrical Certificate or Trainee Certificate EPA Certification Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to lift 70 lbs and pass a background check & drug test Bonus Skills
VRV/VRF experience (Mitsubishi City Multi, LG, Daikin) Controls experience OSHA 10 certification Why You’ll Love Working With Us
