Mechanical Service Technician

Salary: $80K

Interview: 3 Rounds

Must Have Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience with start-ups, service, warranty work, and commissioning of HVAC equipment
• Multifamily experience in large-scale high-rise projects, similar to Power Design
• Experience with VRF, VRV, and DX systems; solid understanding of refrigeration and troubleshooting
• EPA Universal certification
• Travel required: Frequent travel within the region; reimbursed per diem; company van provided for refrigerant equipment
• Transferrable experience & tenure: Ability to perform knowledgeable start‑up and service at high‑rise scale; many technicians perform service on smaller scale; tenure issues common; prefer consistent project tenure
• VRF/VRV experience: Preferred certification through Daikin, LG, Mitsubishi, etc.; working knowledge of VRF/VRV systems critical for Nashville and Charlotte area
