Seeking a dynamic professional to join our Manufacturing Engineering team, blending expertise in Industrial Engineering and Continuous Improvement. This role is responsible for designing and optimizing production systems that enhance safety, quality, and throughput. Responsibilities:

Design and implement efficient manufacturing processes, equipment, and factory layouts to optimize production and quality. Analyze production schedules, workflows, and methods to assess current and future operational needs. Develop standardized processes for labor content, model mix optimization, and improved operational flow. Lead and coach continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as 6S, standardized work, problem solving, and kaizen. Support manufacturing transformation efforts through lean principles and practices. Prepare financial justifications for new process implementations. Monitor, evaluate, and document manufacturing processes and equipment utilization. Research and deploy business systems to transition from manual to automated operations. Analyze project costs and ensure alignment with budget expectations. Generate reports and provide data insights related to ongoing projects. Ensure new manufacturing processes are adaptable to future production requirements. Perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements:

Skilled in managing projects and solving problems. Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Technically proficient with a solid understanding of production processes. Education & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial engineering or related field highly preferred. Relevant training in continuous improvement methodology and lean practices Prior experience in a manufacturing facility Experience using Microsoft Office applications and computer-aided design (CAD) platforms. Benefits
