Work Type:

The shift is 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday. However, the job requires long days, overnight work, and OT.

Mission:

Field Service Technicians provide technical support, troubleshooting, testing, and demonstrations to minimize downtime, reduce costs, and promote product capabilities. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, repairing, and installing equipment with urgency and high-quality standards.

The environment includes exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, outdoor weather, and chemicals. PPE is provided and required. This role is safety-sensitive.

Responsibilities:

Maintain personal tools inventory, calibrate and replace tools as per protocols.

Complete daily work assignments as requested.

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems.

Understand warranty policies and process warranty claims.

Follow safety and environmental requirements, promote safety, and practice environmental consciousness.

Maintain professionalism in communication with customers and staff.

Level 2:

Adds warranty support, communication, and multitasking in fast-paced environments.

Level 3:

Adds developing solutions, rebuilding components, supporting training, and serving as a subject matter expert.

Requirements:

Basic computer skills, familiarity with Epiroc equipment, mechanical aptitude, and ability to read schematics.

Own hand tools; ability to purchase additional tools.

Complete TL1 and TL2 training and Safe Start Modules 1-5 within the first year.

Maintain US Department of Labor, MSHA training certificates or complete required training.

Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and ability to obtain CDL if needed.

Travel required.

Level 2 and 3 require additional experience and certifications, with specific timelines for training completion.

Benefits:

Hourly rate USD $28 - $50, based on experience.
