Overview
Mechanical Technical Instructor for Bell Training Academy (BTA). Bring your experience as a mechanic with a high degree of Bell knowledge from maintaining Bell’s aircraft (helicopters) for an operator or at a Bell Service Center. This role is onsite in Fort Worth, Texas. Responsibilities
Prepare classroom for each class and deliver the presentation of the course materials to the customers. Maintain the Bell Training Academy shop areas in a clean and orderly appearance. Develop and deliver specialized courses for customers, develop a rapport with the customer base to include US based and international customers. Work with the Training Support Development team to update courseware or build courseware as needed. Travel required to present aircraft courses both in the US and Internationally (15%). Skills You Bring To this Role
Self-starter, outgoing people person, with great presentation skills. Skilled at using MS Office software. Ability to prioritize work, strong customer comes first attitude, and a positive team player. Excellent communicator that must be able to build and maintain effective relationships with customers, and brief leaders/peers. What you need to be successful
Must possess an FAA Airframe and Powerplant certificate At least 2 years of experience maintaining and troubleshooting on Bell products. High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of relevant A&P experience may be considered equivalent to a bachelor’s degree. Bachelor’s degree preferred with a Major in any Aeronautical/Engineering/Manufacturing related field, but not required What we offer you in return
