What You’ll Do
Install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot automated machinery and computer-controlled systems
Lead process improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects
Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and controls issues
Use PLCs for ladder logic and basic programming
Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints
Analyze test data and perform root cause analysis
Update and maintain mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical schematics
What You’ll Need
Education & Experience:
Associate’s degree in automation or related field + 3 years of experience
OR High school diploma + 5 years of experience in automated manufacturing
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in reading and drawing mechanical/electrical diagrams
Strong understanding of NFPA 70 Electrical Code
Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic systems, and industrial controls
PLC troubleshooting and ladder logic modification skills
Bonus Skills:
Familiarity with SPC, SQC, 5S, 8D, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, Gage R&R, DOE
