QC Tech roles are hired into one of the available schedules below. Actual schedules may vary based on site needs. 1 Day: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday — 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM 2 Day: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday — 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM 3 Day: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday — 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM 4 Day: Thursday, Friday, Saturday — 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM 5 Day: Friday, Saturday, Sunday — 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM 6 Day: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday — 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM 7 Day: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday — 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM 8 Day: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday — 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM 9 Day: Thursday, Friday, Saturday — 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM 10 Day: Friday, Saturday, Sunday — 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM 11 Night: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday — 5:30 PM to 4:00 AM 12 Night: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday — 6:30 PM to 5:00 AM Note: All lines require on-the-line checks of product against recipe specifications and quality standards to ensure accuracy before shipment. Responsibilities

Core QC Functions A QC Tech demonstrates mastery of core QC responsibilities, including the following: Labeling: visually inspect labeling for correct product name and ingredient per QA sheets; issue correct QC samples to production; provide proper measuring equipment; reinforce training on measurement; verify portioned amounts with production leads; perform final verification and sign-off on portioning; conduct hourly ingredient inspections; verify meal bag line setup and bag accuracy; ensure ingredients are present, within shelf life, and amounts are correct; sign off on production sheets; perform random bag inspections as needed. Shipping Line: verify line setup (meat, meal bags, recipe cards, box call outs); communicate errors to production; visually inspect meat quality; conduct sanitation processes for cross-contamination risks; verify setup prior to runs and ensure correct pick quantities; confirm proteins, bags, and ice quantities in each box using pick tickets. Receiving/Outbound Transfers: complete QC inspections of inbound/outbound ingredients and escalate issues to FSQA leadership as needed. Other Responsibilities: final box verification, issue documentation, provide feedback to supervisors, correct issues, and ensure boxes are ready for shipping; post-op cleanup of QA lab and equipment; equipment setup and maintenance, including checking scales and notifying leadership of quality issues. General Responsibilities: follow GMPs, support SQF and quality programs.
