Responsibilities
Lead and motivate the sales team to meet performance goals.
Set objectives for vehicle sales and gross profit.
Manage daily operations and negotiations.
Appraise trade-in vehicles and manage inventory in partnership with senior management.
Analyze business performance and develop improvement strategies.
Qualifications
Proven success in auto retail sales and leadership.
Ability to set and achieve goals, motivate teams, and deliver excellent customer experiences.
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
