Senior Chemical Process Engineer
to join their team in Germantown, WI. This role is responsible for investigating and resolving internal and external quality incidents, leading the transition and scale-up of products from concept to full-scale manufacturing and commercialization, and optimizing formulations, industrial processes, and test protocols. The company specs materials in a variety of products, including cell phones, spaceships, and electric vehicles. As a Senior Chemical Process Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on-site at the Germantown facility and contribute to the company's growing industry-leading packager of high-end adhesives for the aerospace, defense, technology, and automotive industries. Responsibilities: Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective/preventive actions to resolve internal or external customer complaints related to material or processing issues Direct the commercialization process for new products by implementing the manufacturing process and testing protocols to ensure finished products meet safety, performance, and cost expectations Assign in-process batch adjustments and scale production batches to meet product performance specifications Analyze production, test data, and internal specifications to fully optimize process capability, efficiency, and cost Disposition non-conforming material, including assigning internal deviations, and assess costs and responsibility Perks & Benefits: As an industry leader, Ellsworth Adhesives offers a competitive wage, bonus plan, and a comprehensive benefit package, including Health, Prescription, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, Flexible Spending, 401(k), Employee Assistance, Paid Time Off, and Holidays.
