The Opportunity:

The Technical Development Manager will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of AI assisted technologies to streamline business processes, improve operational efficiency, and innovation within our organization. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, AI-assisted automation technologies/strategies, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). What You Will Do: Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify opportunities and define AI assisted automation strategies including RPA to enhance business processes Manage a team of developers and provide technical guidance and mentorship Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion of projects Stay up-to-date with the latest AI technologies and industry trends Develop and maintain documentation for AI and/or RPA processes and solutions Partner with the AI Council to ensure the ethical and responsible use of AI within Purchasing Power Coordinate with other internal business units to ensure seamless integration of solutions with existing systems and other duties as assigned The Experience You Will Bring: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 5+ years experience in project management and technical leadership Good knowledge of RPA tools and platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) Strong understanding of AI technologies Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Proficient communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus Preferred Experience: Advance workflow, data analytics, and API integration experience Core RPA skills and governance experience Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, and C# Your Well Being: 401k Retirement Plan Flexible PTO Employee Purchasing Program What We Stand For: We act with intensity, urgency and a passion for supporting our customers and growing our business.
