Test Automation Engineer – AccelQ / Salesforce nCino Location:

Remote USA (EST hours)

Employment:

12 month contract

Overview We are seeking a skilled

Test Automation Engineer

to support automation testing for a

custom nCino application built on Salesforce

within the

Commercial Lending

Technology group of a leading financial institution. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with

AccelQ , a strong understanding of

Salesforce platforms , and the ability to design, implement, and maintain automated test suites for end‑to‑end business workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, and maintain automated test scripts in AccelQ for Salesforce and nCino applications.

Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA leads to identify test scenarios and automation opportunities.

Execute automated and manual test cases, track defects, and validate fixes.

Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.

Participate in sprint ceremonies and contribute to test planning, estimation, and reporting.

Ensure test data management, version control, and documentation are maintained to enterprise standards.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience with

AccelQ

automation tool (designing and executing tests).

Solid understanding of

Salesforce

testing concepts, especially for

nCino or other managed packages.

Strong knowledge of

UI and API testing , data validation, and regression testing.

Familiarity with

Agile/Scrum

environments and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps).

Experience with

commercial lending workflows

or

banking systems

is highly desirable.

Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

AccelQ certification or hands‑on automation framework setup experience.

Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder familiarity.

Exposure to SQL and test data setup for Salesforce environments.
