Help establish processes for automated capture and measurement of Quality Engineering metrics from Jira Xray. Act as a key escalation point for complex test automation scenarios (Forms automation, E2E integration with 3rd parties, AI tokenization). Participate in business requirements sessions and collaborate with developers, BAs, and quality engineers to scope test automation and build approaches. Review and provide feedback on test automation scripts design, test data management, and compliance with best practices. Participate in all phases of the product life cycle, from inception to production support. Drive adoption of Quality Engineering best practices, DevOps automation, and CI/CD pipelines across delivery teams and mentor other quality engineers. Qualifications
