Overview

RegalCare is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Director of Human Resources with skilled nursing home experience to oversee HR operations across multiple locations in Massachusetts. You will collaborate with senior executives to develop and implement HR strategies, oversee payroll operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide support to employees. Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and direction for HR functions within the region. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards. Oversee recruitment and retention efforts to attract and retain top talent. Partner with facility administrators and managers to address employee relations issues and performance management concerns. Lead initiatives to promote employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion. Conduct training sessions for managers and employees on HR-related topics. Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for change. Travel throughout Massachusetts to visit different facilities and support HR needs as required. Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a regional HR role, preferably in the healthcare industry. Strong knowledge of Massachusetts employment laws and regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to travel extensively throughout Massachusetts. SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is preferred but not required. Benefits
