Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA) Listed on the pharmacy state license as the pharmacist in charge Submission of required information/documents to state PMP administrator to register for PMP access (in states with active PMP for pharmacist use) Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree Hours and Type
Anticipated Weekly Hours: 40 Time Type: Full time Pay and Benefits
Pay Range: $65.00 - $82.00 per hour Base pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual salary for positions in the job grade; actual offer depends on experience, education, geography and other factors Eligible for CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive in addition to base pay Comprehensive benefits include medical plan options, 401(k) with company match, employee stock purchase plan, wellness programs, dependent care resources, tuition assistance, and more (eligibility varies) Additional information
