Patient safety and quality assurance across the pharmacy.
Professional practice, regulatory requirements, and workflow management.
Customer service, personnel management, inventory management, and financial profitability.
Loss prevention and adoption of patient care programs.
Leadership and Team Development
Lead with empathy and compassion for patients, customers, and colleagues.
Motivate, inspire, and develop pharmacy support staff through balanced assignments that maximize strengths and address development gaps.
Identify critical business opportunities, drive growth, and improve performance through solution implementation.
Adapt to change and thrive in a dynamic community healthcare setting.
Seek new ways to grow, collaborate, and deliver better outcomes.

Qualifications
Active pharmacy license in the state of employment.
Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
Immunization certification from an accredited organization (e.g., APhA).
Listed as the pharmacist in charge on the state pharmacy license.
Submission of required PMP administrator information for PMP access (in states with active PMP for pharmacist use).
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD degree.
Compensation and Hours Anticipated weekly hours:
40 Time type:
Full time Hourly pay range:
$65.00 – $82.00 Base hourly rate and full‑time salary vary by experience, education, geography, and other factors. Eligible for bonus, commission, or short‑term incentive program.
